IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ORDERS:

Complete all steps when placing orders. If you have not received an order confirmation by email, then your order was NOT placed.
All orders will be processed AFTER the store closes. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production after the store closure.
Due to stock issues, we may have to substitute items with a similar product to fulfill an order.
LetterWerks has the right to cancel orders and refund customers if minimums are not met.
Orders will not be accepted after the store closes.

An email will be sent when orders are available for pick up at LetterWerks (Decorah) or have shipped.

Trevor Harrison served the state of Iowa as a Communications Specialist at the Cedar Falls Communications center for 18 years. Prior to his career with the Iowa Department of Public Safety, Trevor was a dispatcher for Buchanan county, where he worked for 18 years.

On November 23, 2024, Trevor died by suicide, leaving behind his loving and beautiful mother and daughter, masses of friends and work family.

The loss of Trevor, while devastating to his family & co-workers, serves as a reminder that your loved ones may be struggling with things they do not share, especially those in public safety occupations. This memorial design will hopefully bring awareness to the very real danger to the well being of first responders. But most importantly, we want to remember our partner, our co-worker, our mentor, our friend.
